One of the artists who exhibited at Galerie Richard in 1990 and 1991, and who sadly passed away in 1993, is now being presented in a major museum through a significant exhibition. This recognition highlights the enduring impact of his work and artistic legacy. In summer 2026, Aspen Art Museum will present the first museum survey dedicated to the work of Arch Connelly (1950–1993), a Chicago-born artist who emerged as a vibrant figure within New York’s East Village art scene of the 1980s.
