Painter Claudia DESGRANGES artistic work refers to an examination of abstract modernism, minimalism, abstract expressionism and color field painting. And in doing so, she creates something completely new. When asked about her painting, the Cologne-based artist says: “My goal is to achieve freedom in painting, to go beyond conventions, to initiate new ways of seeing…”
